​All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

​Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays.

​If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

​2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

​Delivery Time: Once processed, your order will typically reach you within 3–4 working days.

​Total Timeline: You can expect your package to arrive within 4–6 working days from the date the order was placed.

​Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather or carrier delays).

​3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

​You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

​The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

​4. Delivery Areas

​We currently ship to all major pin codes across India.

​Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delivery failures.

​5. Damages

​Sugandhmart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers—if you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team with photos of the packaging and damaged items so we can assist you.
